The update is that my camera is still taking a hiatus from cooperating with my computer, I think they are in a fight! So here are just some random happenings from our family. So to all of you following the Isaac and gum saga, it took a turn for the worse two Sundays ago. I am sure you can see where I am going with this, but on the way to primary I told Isaac to spit out the gum we gave him (color: white) as bribery for good behavior in Sacrament meeting, which did, but was still chewing something, (color: blue). I realized he had simply traded his for someone elses' while I was side tracked in the hall. So YUCK and what can you do?
Back to the Holiday Season, since I have yet to post about it. Our Christmas was GREAT, but what else could it be. I have tried and will keep trying to cut out unnecessary business and keep only what works for our family in order to keep as close to the true meaning as we can. So through trial an error I realized I will not cut neighbor treats again but some other things will be getting the boot for sure!
Our Christmas Eve gathering was fun. We got together with friends in the ward, there was ham involved! :) The highlight for the kids might have been the heated spa, but I enjoyed the scripture/ songs to bring in the spirit of the season! Got to bed at a decent hour and slept through the night. This is the night Dave lets me leave the lights on all night. For some reason I think it helps me sleep better, even if it was only on the bottom level of our house thanks to a huge wind storm that undid all of Dave's hard work! O-well, next year!
We enjoyed a family day on Christmas with yummy Breakfast casserole, presents, playing with presents, hiking with cousins, and dinner with our hiking companions! Great day, great holiday!
Not sorry to say the house got cleaned up of all decorations the next day, and we got on with busy life as usual! we treated our selves to an entertainment center via Craigs list, and spent the next few weeks spray painting it black. It is now in an looks good if I do say so myself. Fun New Years parties. Too much good food! Although I was able to maintain instead of gain thanks to my diligent running partner!
January was a blur! Now Seth is ever so patiently waiting for his birthday to come! Valentines day has never been a big production around here. But it was nice to go to a ward Dinner and dance party, where Dave and I took second (to last) place out of 5 couples in a newly wed type game. It was funny though and the newest of the newly weds were the ones that won, so good for them!
Pictures will come when my camera and computer decide to get along! Until then, I am craving a craft again so if any of you have done something cute/ easy lately let me know!

I hope your computer and camera make up soon. Would love to see some updated pics!
Sounds like things are going well for you in the sunny part of the country! :)
That picture of your son is hilarious :) You have an adorable family and btw - I got a blog AGAIN and just sent you an invite, it's a private one - lame, I know :)
I like the update! I love checking in to see if there is any changes! When I move I will be here on Monday and Wed from at least 1 to 3. So let me know if I can crash at your place for some hang out time. Maybe before 1 since that is nap time at your house.
I miss you! When can we play next? We're out for Spring Beak today, are you??
