I Love how this picture shows Isaac's level of concentration to formulate his cute little fingers into three up two down.
There it is, it was so cute he actually worked on this for a while and would ask me to put his fingers the right way then he'd stare at them to make sure he could duplicate it!
We have invented a new policy, since it seemed Dave was working late or going to school or mutual on the night of any given birthday, we now have a fun day, but the actual party with cake and presents on the Friday after. This didn't stop us from blowing out candles on the pizza box though, good practice right! I liked it better this way anyway because we didn't have any flying spit landing on our food!
On Party day Isaac wanted a monster cake, I have to say the cake did look pretty scary! But Isaac loved it, and that's what matters.
Our good friends helped us celebrate! We miss them since they don't live less then two miles away anymore. Darn "in town" folks!
Isaac can be a complicated little guy, he loves mischief and snuggles. He'll rebel then ask for loves after discipline. He will sneak and be destructive, then be the best little helper ever. He has many sides to his big personality, and keeps me on my toes all the time. We love him and will hold him tight as long as he'll let us!
