This is the boys' great grandma.
Grandma comes to dinner at our house about once a month with the help of a 24/7 caretaker.
She has dementia and doesn't often remember us when she arrives, but sure is familiar with us by the time she leaves. :)
The boys love her visits and make her feel right at home.
Seth in particular. His middle name is after her and her late husband, and they seem to have a special bond.
