The moment the kids all wait for after thanksgiving: is the pulling of the wish bone.
This year Isaac and Owen did the honors. Owen came out on top this time.
Our Tree this year was pretty humble. We planned to go buy a live tree, but never get around to it. This was going to be the kids' tree. They decorated it them selves 100%. Seth was the instigator for pretty much all of it and I love how it turned out. Our Christmas was just as special whether we had a fancy live tree or this half lit, paper decorated, faux one.
