Tuuuuuuuuuu Duuuuuuuuuu! Ok you may think we went a little extreme for a 3 year old's Birthday, but I'm not sure if the bouncer was more for him, or me! :) And I can honestly say it was worth every penny!!! It was delivered and set up @ 8am. At which point my darling hubby was able to gain the confidence of his 3 yr old to enter, bounce, climb and slide! (later he did the same with Isaac). Soooooooooo FUN!!! I loved it and I thought my old neighbor--Queen of birthday fun, (you know who you are) --would have been proud (are you?)

Seth pick out this rainbow cake all by him self at costco. Daddy was a little afraid of what kind of image it would send about our manly son, but when he and I picked it up and I showed him the examples of what cakes there are to choose from he pointed out the same cake only with a leprechaun instead of a sun and said "I garentee that is the one that made him want a rainbow cake." --What ever helps you sleep at night! :)

Yes I am holding a tangerine, Isaac wouldn't look in the camera's direction unless I did. Not so cute but there we all are!

Isaac goes to town silently after a plate has been abandoned. But I had to take a picture before I busted him, too cute!

Did I mention that Seth got a cold a day or two before. He is generally a healthy kid, poor guy, bad timing! So this is him after too much fun in the sun. Don't feel too bad for him though, he did get some one on one bouncing earlier and is now on the brink of getting a much needed nap!

All in all, a huge success. We had tons of fun, ate way too much and enjoyed seeing our friends and family! Thanks for all your birthday wishes to all our distant friends, we wish you could have joined in the fun!

I'm so sad we missed it! It was a little to crazy of a day for us and my blood shot tired eyeballs and aching body couldn't move one more inch by 2:30-3pm. SORRY! I looks like it was so much fun. I would have given you a run for your money on that bouncer Jules!
Yep so PROUD! How fun, I only wish you were still here so i could have had a turn in the bounce house. A word of advice....don't let anyone knock you for getting into the birthday fun. Do what you want, spend what you want and have a blast most of all. I learned real fast around here how critical, judgmental and hypocritical people can be. I just decided if everyone has a good time (especially the birthday kid) then it was worth it all. (even the rude comments that random people will make.) So hip hip hurray to you!
Fun post. Wish I could have been there. Happy birthday!
Fun fun fun! I'm surprized you can jump in that after having two kids, I maybe could if I was wearing Depends. I want to hear the getting kicked out of the gym child care story! sounds like it would be a good one.
Are you freaking kidding me? Are you going for the mom of the year award or something? I'll be they had a blast! That sounds so fun! You are the bomb mom that is for sure. Too bad we weren't there.
Thank you, thank you. I do have to say it was a blast and like I said worth every penny, at the end of the day I realized it truly was more for me then the birthday boy!

That looks like so much fun- Emma would be in heaven! I am tempted to do something like that for the kids birthday in July.
Oh how fun Julie!!! We were thinking of Sethie all day and hoping he had a great birthday- looks like you had a blast! Thanks for the tips on blogging, by the way!
Hey Julie! Sorry about the incognito visits--look like the birthday was a blast! Glad we found you. :)
