Thankful Turkey

This is a fairly new tradition in our house, but I hope it becomes an old one!  It certainly is a favorite for me.  We make some kind of decoration, last year a branch we made leaves for, this year a turkey we made feathers for. Then we write down what we are thankful for.  The boys are so insightful, and really dig deep for "real" things that they are grateful for.  Don't let me fool you "toys" definitely make an appearance  but they are thankful for so many more things that hold substance.  I am proud to be their mom!
